Description
I have a folder called the 'Not Quites' filled with shots that were almost worthwhile but not quite. In this case, the flaw is the distracting foreground plant which eats up a significant portion of the frame.
Despite this vegetative nuisance, I still decided to post this image as a reminder that sometimes, 'not quite' is all you can really get with wildlife photography. It's part of the territory.

And you know... some of those 'not-quites' have an amazing story behind them, and you can see the story in the picture.
Nobody can be perfect all the time, but one can sure try.
Point is, it's still a beautiful picture, and I'm jealous for you seeing such wildlife and being able to get any picture of them
